Immanuel Baptist Church boasts a rich musical heritage. Our congregation nurtures this heritage in worship and sings with the Celebrating Grace hymnal, accompanied by pipe organ, piano, bells, and other various instruments.

Adult Music Ministry

Sanctuary Choir Rehearsal | 6 – 7:15 pm | Wednesday
The Sanctuary Choir is the anchor of music ministry at Immanuel Baptist Church and is open to all adults. This group sings a wide variety of choral music as they lead regularly in Sunday worship services. Special seasons of the church year afford opportunities to present larger choral works such as the Christmas Cantata.

Handbell Rehearsal | 7:15 - 8 pm | Wednesday
The Adult Handbell Choir is an ensemble of energetic adults who love to ring handbells! The handbell choir will ring in worship once a month. If you have ringing experience and music reading skills, speak to Malissa Heath about joining. 

Children & Youth Music Ministry

Children and Youth perform periodically throughout the year. They will present musical offerings during worship in small groups, large groups, or intergenerational groups alongside the Sanctuary Choir. Participation offers a chance to build and strengthen relationships across grade levels, practice music reading and music theory, leading in worship, and to become more comfortable singing with others in front of a large congregation.
