IMMANUEL BAPTIST CHURCH - REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

Applications for assistance are accepted continuously online at ibcpaducah.org under the Missions tab.

Recipient decisions will be made on the 16th and 30th of every month, excepting February, in which determination will be made on the 16th and 28th. If the aforementioned days fall on a weekend, decisions will be made the following business day. Submission of an Assistance Request Form does not guarantee assistance.

Immanuel Baptist Church may assist four individuals/families per month with a submitted utility bill. Each individual/family granted assistance will receive up to $350 paid to the utility company indicated on this request.

Each individual/family granted assistance from Immanuel Baptist Church may apply once every calendar year.

Priority will be given to first-time applicants.

To be considered for assistance, a copy of the current utility bill you are requesting assistance with must be provided.

If a cut-off notice has been received, a copy must be submitted. If the utility has been disconnected, the requestor must secure the reconnect fee and provide proof before the assistance request will be considered. If selected as an assistance recipient, a conversation by phone or in person must be completed before assistance is granted.

Submit all required supporting documents via email to ibc@vci.net. Once recipients are selected each month, they will be contacted via phone or email by the end of business the following business day. If you do not receive a call or email, your application was not selected for assistance at this time.

This request for assistance gives Immanuel Baptist Church permission to contact the local utility company on the requestor’s behalf to discuss the relevant bill.
